Customers may request a return or refund within 30 days from the date the order is delivered. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, clean, and returned in its original condition whenever possible.

Items should be returned with their original packaging, tags, accessories, and any included materials. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of heavy use, damage caused by misuse, or missing essential components.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

The product must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, unworn, and in good condition.
The product must not be damaged due to improper handling, misuse, or accidental damage.
The product should be returned with original packaging when available.

Free Returns

Calcote Sumpter offers free returns for eligible orders within the 30-day return window. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Please do not send items back without contacting our support team first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to post the refund to your account. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.

After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if they have been used, worn, damaged, or altered after delivery. Earrings and jewelry items must be returned in clean and unworn condition.

Items marked as final sale, gift cards, or promotional items may also be non-returnable unless required by applicable law.

Exchanges

At this time, we may handle exchanges by processing a return and allowing the customer to place a new order for the desired item. Please contact us for assistance if you would like to exchange an item.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to cancel it. Once an order has been shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation, but you may still request a return after receiving it.
